Hvítá river is a great place for your group activity in Iceland if you’re looking for some action, adventure and team building. The river provides the fun and the scenery, you bring the thrill-seeking group and we bring the river guides, rafts and equipment. Perfect combination.

We welcome any kind of groups, whether it be school groups, bachelor or bachelorette parties, business group or any other crowd that wants to come together and have some fun.

Hvítá river is a solid class 2 river serving us fun waves and rapids. Once by the river bed the first big rapid is just around the corner and then they all come rushing. After the biggest rapids there‘s plenty of opportunity to enjoy the magnificent scenery as we drift through scenic canyons, such as the iconic Brúarhlöð canyon. We will have space to relax, play games or do some team building exercises.

Hvítá river is enjoyable for most ages, from 8 years old up to 80+. The age limit for the river is 11 years old for the whole ride and if you set off from Brúarhlöð canyon the age limit is 8 years old.
