Experience & Skills
Previous rafting or outdoor guiding experience is preferred
Comfortable working in and around cold rivers and variable weather
Good physical fitness and ability to work long, active days
Certifications
Swiftwater Rescue, First Aid/CPR, or Wilderness First Responder certifications are highly valued
Applicants without these may still apply but should be willing to obtain them
Team & Guest Interaction
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and professionalism with guests and coworkers
Willingness to assist with mentoring, customer service, and safety talks
Base & Camp Support
Comfortable helping with cleaning, maintenance, and general base duties
Willing to assist in the kitchen (food prep, washing dishes, keeping hygiene standards)
Living On Site
Accommodation provided in shared staff housing (private room, shared spaces)
Must be respectful, tidy, and able to live communally
Commitment
Available for the full rafting season (typically May–September)
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
Bonus Skills (not required, but appreciated)
Kayaking, photography, social media, cooking, mechanical, or maintenance experience
